The Open is the most wonderful time of the “CrossFit Season”. If you are new to CrossFit, the CrossFit Open creates a simple and effective way to bond that commonality we all have when we do CrossFit. The commonality of becoming the fittest and best version of who we want to be.
We sign up and prepare to do 3 workouts every Friday, for 3 weeks. This gives us an opportunity to come together for a very special “Friday Night Lights”.
