It is tradition for CrossFit affiliates to participate in a worldwide fundraiser for breast cancer awareness called “Barbells for Boobs” during the month of October. We will have a day of fundraising and welcome members to participate for a good cause. This Saturday we will program the workout as follows…

Description

All members of MFP are welcomed to bring a friend to a class for FREE! Our class times are still 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM and the workout will be accommodating for a large group and all fitness levels.

Description

Welcome to CrossFit MFP’s first annual In House Competition!

This will be a individual competition for CrossFit MFP members only! We want to give thanks and celebrate all of your hard work and fitness and encourage you to sign up with your MFP community for a day full of fitness, fun and friendship.

The event will be a perfect opporunity for the CrossFit beginner and experienced. Will will offer a “scaled” and “RX” division for both Male and Female. There will be 3 workouts that you will complete throughout the day. By the end of the 3 workouts we will declare a winner from each division to recieve a FREE month of membership.

RX: The Clean (any weight), Burpees, Dumbbell Walking lunges and Shoulder to Overhead (50s/35s), Toes to Bar, Box Jump (24/20), Wall Ball (20/14), Double Under, Rope Climb (full).

Scaled: The Clean (any weight), Burpees, Dumbbell Walking Lunders and Shoulder to Overhead (35s/20s), Hanging Knee raises, Box Jump (20/16), Wallball (20/16), Single Unders, Rope Climb (Half)

Sign up will be $30 and limited to 10 spaces per division.You will recieve a MFP Township T-shirt or Tank as well as free meal services throughout the day.

All members are welcome to bring kids and family!
