Our Daily CrossFit Class for members
Our CrossFit classes are the core programming at CrossFit MFP. Each day offers a different WOD or work out of the day. Classes run multiple times a day but every class will perform that same work out.
A typical class may consist of a dynamic warmup, a learning or practice session, the work out of the day and a cool down or mobility portion. Each class runs approximately 1 hour. There is one head coach in each class to lead and instruct the group.
Each work out of the day will offer one or a combination of different movements from gymnastics, Olympic lifting, cardiovascular conditioning, or weight lifting. Every workout can be modified and our coaches will find a movement, weight and time limit that works best for every client. We offer beginner challenge classes as well as more advanced options for those interested in CrossFit competition.
MFP Open Gym
Our “extra work” program
MFP Open Gym
This is a weekly/daily program that is provided to members with unlimited memberships. This will offer members to choose a specific area in their fitness that they want to improve upon such as thier conditioning, strength, gymnastics, core/midline, and other miscellanious accessory training.
They can choose to do this before or after classes, or during specific “open gym” times during the day. This could be an addition to doing the daily workout.
All open gym training is during open gym hours. Not during class times.
Our Team Strength and Conditioning Program
Our sports performance program is dependant upon on the team, sport and season of training.
This wil be 8-12 week program anywhere from 1-3x a week..
All decisions and details will depend on the information provided by the Head Coach of the requested team. Once the details are aquired then a periodized program can be developed.
Our 1 on 1 Individual Design Program
This program is for individuals who would rather have a 1 on 1 coach than a membership for group classes.
Clients will be guided through a truly customized fitness program. They will be paired with coach who will evaluate and assess thier goals and needs so that thier program is tailored to that purpose.
Sessions are paid in bulk so that our clients stay accountable and committed to the process.
