One of the things we love to do at CrossFit MFP is… celebrate!

Our members come to our gym for a number of reasons. They want to lose fat. They hope to gain muscle mass. They want to ready themselves for the summer season. They want to train for a specific sport. But, ultimately, they want to live longer, happier and healthier lives. In our experience we have found that no two members are alike.

Different goals, different strategies for reaching those goals, and different outcomes along the way. We meet you where you are, an celebrate as you get to where you’re going.

I have been training with CrossFit MFP for 15 months. I am very happy with our progress and overall fitness. I have been working out for the past 35 years doing different activities in a gym and considered myself in good shape, but CrossFit MFP has really changed not only my workouts, but how to workout using proper techniques in a proper way. The coaching has been a difference maker. CrossFit MFP is dedicated in helping me improve my mobility, strength, and overall condition. I am inspired to put forth my best effort. After 3 surgeries on my left knee. I was tired of my knee being a crutch and holding me back with flexibility. I decided to join a gym and make some lifestyle changes.
I was introduced to CrossFit MFP 1 year ago and it changed my life. I signed up for one-on-one sessions. In the beginning I couldn’t even get off the floor without using my hands for assistance. My injury was understood and I was trained appropriately. My sessions we tailored to first working on my flexibility and strengthening my legs and quads. I was challenged each and every session. As I progressed in my strength I would be told “We’re going dark today” laughing. All of the workouts are fun as well as challenging. I am doing things I never thought I would be able to do again. Squats, running , box jumps. I haven’t ran in years. My fitness has increased noticeably. I am pushed totally out of my comfort zone. I actually look forward to sessions at CrossFit MFP.

I have been training with CrossFit MFP for about 4 years now, through both personal training and in a class setting. I can honestly say that I notice a HUGE difference in my training when with CrossFti MFP versus the periods of time when I did not train with. Training with CrossFit MFP has been one of the best decisions I have ever made when it comes to my workouts. Before I was intorduced to CrossFit MFP, I was following a body building split with high volume with a focus on aesthetics. I had nagging aches and pains and had lost my love for my workouts. CrossFit MFP completely changed my workout style, which lead to a complete change in my mindset. I am no longer training for aesthetics, but training for performance and with a purpose. He helped me connect with my body and gave me correctives that erased all my aches and pains. I am much more confident both mentally and physically since starting training with CrossFit MFP. I doubted that I would ever be able to perform an overhead squat or Olympic lifts of any kind. CrossFit MFP provided me with the tools I needed and great cues to help improve my form, and now I am much more confident with my lifts. Since working with CrossFit MFP I have seen more results in a two week period than in all the years of working with other trainers and gyms. I love the variety of activities included in each session so it’s never boring and always challenging.
