I have been training with CrossFit MFP for about 4 years now, through both personal training and in a class setting. I can honestly say that I notice a HUGE difference in my training when with CrossFti MFP versus the periods of time when I did not train with. I am encouraged to keep focused, committed, and improving; not just on fitness, but also on their overall mindfulness. I am pushed to get better at my fitness level in ways I never thought possible, which has translated to a greater confidence in myself everyday life.
