Stephanie Vetro has been a coach for many years. Across various sports, including basketball, field hockey, and different CrossFit levels, she has experience coaching every person, regardless of fitness level. She coached both CrossFit and CrossFit kids for over 4 years, while simultaneously coaching a different bootcamp for two of those years. Her talents as a coach include programming, motivating her athletes, and creating bonds with the people around her in the gym.
