Join Coach Stefanie, our Community class specialist, for a Sunday Sweat! Our bootcamp style class will provide anyone in the Haverford Township community to recieve and inclusive, safe, sweaty, and FUN experience.

Variety: Our unique bootcamp approach includes a diverse range of movements and exercises.
Community Driven: Open to all of our local communities. You do not have to be an MFP Members!
