Our low intensity workout with non traditional exercises and yoga

All Thursday classes…

These workouts are very important for a long term fitness program and we encourage you all to take advantage of it. Whether you are a weekly CrossFit warrior and need a day for “active recovery”, or a brand new beginner who needs to develop a baseline of strength, stability and capacity then “Longevity” is for you!

If you have not attended a class yet, read below to see what it is all about:

  • A 25 minute low intensity workout (5 Movements, 5 Minutes each)
  • Education on Non-Traditional exercises and movements the balance our muscles from the training week.
  • 15 Minutes of “Sexy Flexy” Yin Yoga. This promotes recovery, injury prevention, and mindfulness
  • Better than I could ever imagined!
