Program Details & Description

Join us every Sunday at 7:00AM on our weekly runs. Open to the community and to all levels and paces, this is a fun opportunity for you to improve your aerobic capacity and connect with

likeminded individuals. Whether you are training for a race or simply looking for some weekly motivation, we welcome you to join our growing community.


Each week there are two routes available – one longer route for more experienced runners, and a shorter route. The shorter route presents a great opportunity for beginners taking the first step in their running journeys, or those looking to just get outside and enjoy a walk. No experience is needed to join the MFP Run Club! #JustShowUp and enjoy the outdoors and

power of movement.

Sign up on Wodify – open to the entire community! Bring friends and family.

Rx route – range between 4-8 miles
All routes can be modified and adjusted to any community member’s specific needs.
Scaled route – range between 1-3 miles
Members can walk or ruck instead of running if desired.
